Growing and Products
We are proud to say that we have a major presence in this vitally important European growing & exporting hub.
Agriculture in Almeria is dedicated to innovation, development and research as part of its commitment to quality and sustainability.
What makes us the “vegetable garden of Europe”?
Almeria has the most hours of sunshine per year in Europe.
This coupled with an average annual temperature of 19°C creates perfect growing conditions for a variety of fruits and vegetables. Innovations such as drip irrigation, biological control and advancing technology has enhanced agriculture within Spain to be the market leader for many fruit & vegetable crops throughout Europe.
